RYE TENDERは、工場に残された糸との出会いと、ささやかな言葉遊びから2020年に生まれたブランドです。

“Leftover（＝あまりもの）”という言葉に光をあて、その対になる“Right Under”という造語から名づけました。 少量生産・直接販売でスタートしたブランドは徐々にその幅を広げ、 より多くの方に届けられる体制を整えることができました。残糸との出会いをきっかけに広がった、偶然性のある色や素材の組み合わせ。その驚きや楽しさが、今でもRYE TENDERをかたちづくっています。

RYE TENDER was founded in 2020, born from a chance encounter with leftover yarn and a playful twist of words.
Shining a light on the word “leftover,” we paired it with its invented counterpart “Right Under,” which became the brand’s name. What began as a small project of limited production and direct sales has gradually expanded, building a framework that allows us to reach a wider audience.

The chance encounters with leftover yarn opened up unexpected combinations of colors and materials. That sense of surprise and delight continues to shape RYE TENDER to this day.
